Job Title: Digital Literacy – Reviewer

Job Brief : This role supports the delivery and quality of digital literacy training across partner organisations/ Parivartan Centres by reviwing the trainings, tailoring learning strategies, improving content, and introducing innovative teaching methods.

About the Team: Digital Literacy Team under See A Million campaign invites job application for Senior trainer role on Executive/Associate Manager post for Digital literacy for visually impaired candidates initiated under See A Million campaign.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review and oversee computer training programs across various Parivartan Centres, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery.
  • Mentor junior trainers, guiding them through training processes, milestone tracking, and professional development to elevate their instructional capabilities.
  • Adapt training strategies to meet diverse candidate needs; develop assessment methodologies to evaluate skill levels and provide actionable feedback to both candidates and trainers.
  • Offer constructive feedback on existing training content to improve relevance, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Develop learner-centric content tailored to various learning styles and specific program requirements.
  • Innovate teaching techniques to enhance training outcomes and candidate engagement.
  • Create a reflective and supportive environment for junior trainers, encouraging professional growth and continuous learning.

Required qualification: Graduation/ Deploma

Required experience:

  • Ability to facilitate sessions in an interesting way
  • Ability to observe sessions conducted by senior trainers and document the session
  • Reporting skill
  • Observe candidates and give constructive feedback
  • Knowledge of screen reader
  • Certified NVDA/JAWS
  • 2-3+ years of experience as trainer.

Job Brief: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Media Head to lead EnAble India’s media and storytelling efforts across digital, print, and broadcast platforms. This is a strategic leadership role that will shape EnAble India’s public narrative, expand our digital footprint, and amplify the voices of persons with disabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Media Leadership

  • Define and execute the overall media and content strategy aligned with EnAble India’s mission and campaigns.
  • Identify media opportunities to position EnAble India as a thought leader in disability inclusion.
  • Collaborate with leadership for advocacy-driven storytelling and PR.

Content & Campaign Management

  • Lead ideation, production, and execution of inclusive and accessible multimedia content (videos, articles, blogs, reels).
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end social impact campaigns, including timelines, messaging, and channel strategy.
  • Ensure accessibility standards (ISL, captions, alt text) are maintained in all media outputs.

Media Relations & PR

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with national media, influencers, journalists, and content creators.
  • Create compelling press releases, pitch stories, and coordinate media coverage for events and milestones.
  • Represent EnAble India in media forums, panels, or interviews when required.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of content creators, editors, designers, and communication fellows.
  • Manage external vendors including production houses, ISL interpreters, and graphic designers.

Digital & Social Media Strategy

  • Guide digital marketing, website content, SEO strategy, and platform growth (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).
  • Track analytics and optimize content performance across channels.

Qualifications and Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Media, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of media and communications experience, preferably with exposure to development or social impact sectors.
  • Strong portfolio of multimedia storytelling and campaign execution.
  • Deep understanding of media trends, inclusive language, and accessibility standards.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and public communication skills.
  • Experience managing diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Knowledge or experience working with disability or inclusion will be a strong advantage.Desirable Qualities

  • Strategic thinker with creative instincts.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (corporates, NGOs, persons with disabilities, government).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving social impact environment.
